Image Business site updated (at last!)
After several years of languishing without any updating, this site is (at last) getting the attention the Dufex foil print range deserves.

Through a staged programme of additions and amendments, the site will become an easy Shop-On-Line point for all of FJ Warren Ltd's print and craft products.

It will inevitably take some time to fully implement the changes so, in the meantime, please e-mail us about your areas of interest.

UK Delivery

The Image Business provides the "small order" service to FJ Warren Ltd for their range of Dufex™ textured-foil print products in the UK.

Key Features

  • Our prices are the same as those in FJ Warren's current UK price list.
  • Our "carriage paid" order value is only £50 (net). Orders below £50 are surcharged with a flat fee of £5, plus VAT.
  • Smaller series items (Series 15/16s and smaller), that are shown in the price list as only being available in 100s or 500s, can be ordered through us in 25s per design, so you can spend your money across a wider range of designs.
  • The larger (Series 34-39) images can be ordered through us in singles per design, but with a minimum total order requirement of 10 (assorted), and at least 4 per size, as quantities less than that do not travel well. All orders that include any of these larger sizes are surcharged by a flat fee of £5 plus VAT towards the additional shipping costs.
  • We publish a bi-monthly Image Business Newsletter. This carries details of our programme of promotional activity including periodic issue of "themed" packs of prints, special edition prints, and other special offers. For the latest edition, click here.

Catalogue

For UK customers only, there is a fully illustrated catalogue showing all the Dufex™ prints currently available. This (and we include a current pack of representative samples in all the main sizes) costs £5.88 including VAT. We include a voucher with it to reclaim this in full from the first print order you place with us.

Alternatively, you can select prints using FJ Warren's own online catalogue and then e-mail us with your requirements. We will then confirm to you the price of your order, the payment options and the shipping details.

Delivery

Delivery to you is normally within 10 days of placing your order with The Image Business. We order each Tuesday morning to top up our stocks and normally collect from FJ Warren Ltd each Friday. Our staff "pick and pack" during each weekend, so that we can despatch the orders by "next day" carrier each Monday or Tuesday.

Though we have over 95% of the designs in stock, we do not carry the same volume of stock as FJ Warren, of course, so we do not pretend to offer as fast a service. If time is of the essence, we recommend you deal with them direct, although you will have to meet their minimum order requirements.
